You only pay for the time we actively work together. Our rate is $90 per hour, with absolutely no surprise admin fees or markups. We do our best to estimate the total time upfront. For outside services—like moving trucks, estate sale partners, or junk haulers—we coordinate the logistics on your behalf, and you pay their fees directly at cost.Average Investment by Project Size
