How It Works
Free 15-minute Call
Start with a complimentary 15-minute phone call. We’ll learn more about your needs, answer your questions, and see whether we’re a good fit.

Complimentary In-Home Consultation
If it makes sense to move forward, we’ll schedule a free in-home consultation to walk through your space, discuss your goals, and better understand the scope of the project.

Personalized Estimate
After the consolation, you’ll receive a clear estimate on your home, timeline, and level of support needed.

Each project is priced around the work it involves. After a free consultation, you’ll receive a written estimate that shows the hours I expect the work to take, the cost, and what’s included.
You pay only for time spent on your project: hands-on work plus any planning or coordination we agree on. There are no separate administrative fees or markups on outside services.
For larger jobs, we can break the work into phases with a checkpoint at the end of each one. We review the hours and cost together before moving to the next phase, so you always know where things stand.
You approve your estimate before any work begins. If the work is heading past the estimated hours, I’ll tell you before going over, and any additional hours are agreed in writing first.
The planning ranges below are for a general sense of the investment, not fixed prices.
Planning Ranges for Common Projects
Every project is unique, but these ranges can help give you a general sense of the investment.
Targeted organizing (1-3 Rooms): $600-$1,800
Apartment or Condo Downsizing: $1,500-$3,600
Home Move Prep & Packing: $3,500-$7,000
Full Estate Cleanouts: Custom quote
These are planning ranges, not fixed prices. We’ll provide a customized estimate after your consultation.
What’s Separate?
Outside services such as movers, junk haulers, cleaners, and estate-sale partners are quoted separately and, whenever possible, paid directly to the provider.
Golden Blooms does not add a markup to third-party services.
Packing materials, organizing products, and other project supplies are separate from labor and will be discussed with you before purchasing.
For projects outside our primary service area, a travel fee may apply. We’ll always let you know in advance.
