Start with a complimentary 15-minute phone call. We’ll learn more about your needs, answer your questions, and see whether we’re a good fit.

Complimentary In-Home Consultation
If it makes sense to move forward, we’ll schedule a complimentary in-home consultation to walk through your space, discuss your goals, and better understand the scope of the project.

Personalized Estimate
After the consolation, you’ll receive a clear estimate on your home, timeline, and level of support needed.
3.
Hourly Rate
$95 per organizer, per hour
Billed in 15-minute increments.
You’ll only be charged for professional time devoted to your project, included hands-on work and any agreed-upon planning or coordination. There are no separate administrative fees or markups on outside services.
Planning Ranges for Common Projects
Every project is unique, but these ranges can help give you a general sense of the investment.
Targeted organizing (1-3 Rooms): $500-$1,500
Apartment or Condo Downsizing: $1,500-$3,600
Home Move Prep & Packing: $3,500-$7,000
Full Estate Cleanouts: Custom quote
These are planning ranges, not fixed prices. We’ll provide a customized estimate after your consultation.
What’s Separate?
Outside services such as movers, junk haulers, cleaners, and estate-sale partners are quoted separately and, whenever possible, paid directly to the provider.
Golden Blooms does not add a markup to third-party services.
Packing materials, organizing products, and other project supplies are separate from labor and will be discussed with you before purchasing.
For projects outside our primary service area, a travel fee may apply. We’ll always let you know in advance.
